Outline Analyzer is owned and operated by VHS Video Services, LLC.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Outline Analyzer. By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Service. Outline Analyzer is an AI-assisted editorial product for analyzing story outlines, generating report-style feedback, and supporting related editorial chat workflows.

2. Accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. Trials and subscriptions. We may offer paid subscriptions, plan tiers, and trial access. Trial access may be time-limited and may also include capped usage. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

4. Usage limits. Some plans include fixed monthly usage limits. Plans described as Unlimited* are intended for normal editorial use, not abuse, automation, scraping, account sharing, resale, or attempts to bypass plan restrictions.

5. Reasonable use. To protect the service, Outline Analyzer may apply reasonable safeguards, throttles, or limits where usage is excessive, abnormal, automated, exploitative, or materially outside ordinary human editorial use. We may review, restrict, suspend, or terminate access in those cases.

6. AI output. AnalyzerGPT and related outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or imperfect. The service is provided as editorial assistance only. You remain responsible for your creative, business, publishing, and production decisions.

7. Your content. You retain your rights in the materials you submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, analyze, and return outputs for the service.

8. Prohibited conduct. You may not use the service to abuse infrastructure, reverse engineer protected systems, interfere with the product, violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or attempt to extract disproportionate value through automated or exploitative use.

9. Availability. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Billing and cancellation. Paid subscriptions, taxes, renewals, and checkout processing may be handled by our billing provider. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not typically refund past charges unless required by law or stated otherwise.

11. Termination. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or create risk for the platform or other users.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability. The service is provided on an as-is basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outline Analyzer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, publishing opportunities, or creative outcomes.
